My work supports horses and dogs through integrated bodywork, supportive holistic modalities, herbal care, and natural based products, guided by a whole body understanding that approaches each animal as an individual. Sessions are adaptive to support comfort, movement, nervous system balance, and overall wellbeing.
In some sessions, subtle energetic support may be incorporated, including chakra awareness & the use of crystals when appropriate. These elements are always gentle and optional, guided by comfort and response.
Each session is shaped by what the body communicates, allowing care to be thoughtful, respected, and supportive of long term balance.

The Hoof & Heart Program was designed to help horses in need, whether facing physical, emotional or situational challenges. This program is to do just that by providing therapy sessions and all natural products to help horses that need a little extra love.
