Holistic Horse & Hound
Hi, I’m Gabby Wettstein - Weaver, owner and practitioner of Holistic Horse & Hound.
Holistic Horse & Hound began as Holistic Horse Healing, a practice rooted in my lifelong connection to horses and a passion for whole-animal wellness. Over time, my work naturally expanded as I had the opportunity to work closely in a high-performance dog environment, deepening both my experience with dogs and my desire to support them holistically. Through this hands-on work, I gained valuable insight into the physical demands, nervous system stress, and nutritional needs of dogs at a higher level of activity and care. That experience reinforced my belief that dogs deserve the same thoughtful, individualized approach to wellness that I had long provided for horses—leading to the evolution of Holistic Horse & Hound.
I studied agriculture at the College of Central Florida in Ocala and have continued my education through specialized training and certifications focused on holistic animal care. Today, my practice supports both horses and dogs through integrated bodywork and nutrition consultations, always guided by the individual animal rather than a one-size-fits-all method.
While horses remain at the heart of my work, Holistic Horse & Hound reflects a broader mission: to support animals through care that considers the whole being—body, nervous system, lifestyle, and environment. I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me and for the opportunity to support animals in a way that honors their individuality.
At home, I share a small farm with my husband, Hunter, and a house full of animals - horses, dogs, goats, a few indoor cats & barn cats, a flock of chickens and ducks. Every one of them has found us, and helped us become more understanding of animals as a whole.
Our mini horses, Oaklee & Willow arrived severely underweight, with broken feet and unsure of people. Watching them learn to trust, fill out, and just be horses again is the reason I do this work.
Shrimp, our little chihuahua, is the same story. We rescued him, and between a good diet and incorporating regular bodywork, you’d never know he was 13. His arthritis has eased and he has his bounce back.
My dogs, horses, and the whole barnyard remind me daily that no two animals need the same thing. The care I give at home is the care I bring to every session: unhurried, observant, and shaped by the animal in front of me. They’re the ones who taught me to listen first.
Thank you for being here and for learning more about Holistic Horse & Hound.

Listen • Touch • Restore
Every session begins with listening — to posture, movement, breath, and behavior.
Touch is intentional and guided by the animal’s feedback, never forced or rushed.
When safety and ease are present, restoration follows naturally.
